Part 3: The Concrete Lifecycle: The Services and Support Keeping Concrete Operations Compliant and Productive | A Conquip Series

28th, July 2026

This is the final part of our three-part series. Part 1 covered the lifecycle workflow. Part 2 looked at sector needs and your compliance responsibilities.

In Part 3, we turn to the services and support that form the final part of the cycle.

The services and support behind the equipment

Conquip Covered: our end-to-end after-sales service

We believe that support should extend across your whole project and product cycle, not just until the product is delivered.

Conquip Covered is our comprehensive set of after-sales services, created and provided by us as the manufacturer, to keep your equipment compliant and performing at its best. It’s where equipment and services combine for a whole solution.

Inspections & Reports

We carry out LOLER & PUWER inspections on your site by one of our expert on-site engineers, to keep your project and your workers safe and operating compliantly. For all on-site inspections and repair jobs, our engineers now record all their work digitally on a tablet there and then, with a report produced and added instantly to your portal and emailed out to you at the same time.

Repair & Refurbishment

Ensure your equipment is inspected, cleaned, serviced, repaired and refurbished by our team of experts at one of our eight regional locations or for minor repairs, we can carry them out on your site and this is, as with inspections, uploaded to the portal and emailed out to you. You can even hire an equivalent to keep your site operational and minimise downtime.

  • Service plans: Our service plans give sites regular maintenance without the admin headache. We ensure your kit receives regular, legally required inspections and maintenance on your site. Our team handles everything for you.

Spare Parts

Minimise downtime on your site by ordering genuine manufacturer spare parts for your equipment. With everything stocked and dispatched from our UK warehouse, and nationwide delivery, we eliminate lengthy wait times by shipping available items to you, usually by the next business day*.

  • Maintenance Packs: We offer Maintenance Packs for several of our items with lots of optional extras. Save time and money by getting these bulk buy packs when your kit is due for an inspection or after it arrives on-site, so you’re never short of a refill or parts when they are needed.

Training

Optimise your equipment’s performance with our training programmes. Helping you to deliver efficiency and productivity on your projects. Our experts deliver structured on-site training courses for our most complex solutions, including CantiDeck, Powerbrush Forklift Sweeper, Formwork Rack, BulkX, Temporary Propping, Trench Shoring, Concrete Washout and Concrete Skips.

Giving your team best practice guides that detail set-up, installation, usage, removal and dismantling, carried out as classroom and practical learning, means that teams leave with equipment knowledge, confidence and a certificate of completing the course.

Easy-to-use Documentation

With every inspection, you’ll receive detailed documentation with clear itemised invoices with concise LOLER/PUWER certification notes. We’ll even keep you fully updated on when your next inspection is due in our digital portal, giving you peace of mind that you’ll never miss a service or inspection.

Our experts are ready to help you with repair and parts advice, on-site queries, troubleshooting, and health & safety support. And for even more, we can visit in person.

Digital Portal

Something we touched on earlier, our digital portal is a rolling monthly subscription service, which gives buyers, site teams and HSE professionals the chance to:

  • Search for their assets (equipment) and their ROTEs, along with photos showing the work and any repairs made to their kit
  • See which items have passed or failed the last inspection
  • Check when inspections are due in the future. This software is a chargeable, rolling monthly subscription service.

Extra support, easy access

We believe that you should have everything you need to operate our equipment at the touch of a button, and with our Technical User Guide Library, you do. There’s free and easy access on any device to technical, detailed user guides, audio and visual user guide videos and a range of step-by-step animations and videos to help your staff ensure best practice is followed.

Series summary: A partner, not just a supplier

It’s easy to think of concrete handling as a series of separate purchases, a skip here, a washout unit there, a waste contractor at the end. But treating it as one connected lifecycle, supported by one engineering-led partner, is what protects your programme and your compliance position.

We’re there at every stage: pouring, blowout, washout, cleaning and maintenance, backed by in-house design engineering for bespoke challenges, fast UK-wide hire and sale, LOLER and PUWER inspections, on-site training, genuine spare parts and responsive after-sales support through Conquip Covered. It’s a complete package for safe, compliant, productive concrete handling and management.

That’s the difference between a supplier and a partner. We don’t just provide the skip — we help you run the whole concrete lifecycle, safely and compliantly, from the first pour to the final washout.

Talk to our team about an end-to-end concrete handling and management solution for your site.
