THE SYSTEM

The Conquip Concrete Washout System is comprised of three main components, a filtration tray, a wash platform and a water storage tank. It provides sites with a closed-loop system for washing concrete skips and treating the toxic wastewater with pH neutrailser, so it can be either stored for future washout or safely disposed of in line with local environmental regulations.

AFTER USE

Comprehensive concrete waste management

The Concrete Washout System collects aggregate and wastewater as it cleans equipment. The wastewater collected in the water storage tank can be reused for further batches of concrete, subject to an arrangement between the contractor and the concrete supplier. The aggregate collected in the bulk bags can be disposed of following the correct environmental guidance.

Conquip offer a pH neutralising solution for any wastewater that remains in the Filtration Tray, or that needs to be treated. However, the disposal of concrete waste is the contractor's responsibility and should be carried out in line with the necessary environmental regulations.
