Before using the Smart Fuel Tank, Conquip recommend carrying out pre-use checks to ensure the unit is fully operational and safe to use.

02/  GETTING SET UP ON THE PIUSI B.SMART APP

ACCESSING THE 12V ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP

To use the Piusi B.Smart 12V electric fuel pump in the Smart Fuel Tank, site personnel will first need to download the supporting app onto their device. 

This video explains step-by-step the set up process to ensure personnel are up and running in no time. If you experience any issues with the app, head to the Troubleshooting section on this page for assistance.

03/ REFUELLING

OPERATING THE ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP

Personnel must be authorised on the pump and have their PIN Code & Site Code readily available to refuel a vehicle or machine.

Personnel must have also downloaded the Piusi B.Smart app onto their device, as outlined in section 02 above.

Follow the steps in this video to refuel your vehicle or machine.

04/ FUEL MANAGEMENT

USING THE ONLINE PORTAL

Any fuel usage data collected on the Piusi B.Smart app is uploaded to an online portal that allows office teams to monitor usage, by pump and individual user, across their site(s) for comprehensive fuel management.

In this video we discover the portal interface and learn how to view the usage from the Smart Fuel Tank(s), add or revoke drivers and operators, upload driver or vehicle data in bulk and run usage reports. 

05/ TROUBLESHOOTING

ANY ISSUES? WE'RE HERE TO HELP

If the Smart Fuel Tank is not performing to optimum levels, our engineers are on-hand to provide first line support by phone or video call.

However, this video features a few troubleshooting tips that you can try first to minimise downtime on-site.

06/ SERVICING

PACKAGES TAILORED TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS

Conquip recommend a 6-monthly inspection based on usage of 3-4 times per week.

However, if your site is pumping large volumes of fuel daily, you may wish to increase inspections to quarterly visits, ensuring the Smart Fuel Tank is sufficiently serviced and maintained, reducing any risk of downtime on-site.
