The Conquip Fork Mounted Hook is a forklift attachment used for lifting and manoeuvring smaller loads short distances around construction sites.

The Fork Mounted Hook provides a quick and easy method of converting a forklift or telehandler into a mobile crane. The attachment features a swivel lifting hook design which prevents common damage to the hook.

  • Heel pins secure the attachment to the forks.

  • Available in two sizes with 3000kg and 5000kg working load limits to accommodate different load capacities.
  • Supplied with high quality swivel ball bearing self locking hooks, designed to rotate under load.
  • Hook swivels forwards and backwards, allowing the tilt of the forklift to be adjusted without placing undue stress on it.
  • Hook can lay flat when the unit is not in use, preventing common damage to it.
  • Reduces the need for additional machinery on-site, saving on hire costs and reducing CO2 emissions.

Why do I need this hook on-site?

If you don’t have a crane or a goods cage, then this forklift attachment is perfect for moving small items like bulk bags or equipment (up to 5000kg Working Load Limit) around a site.

How is the Fork Mounted Hook fixed onto the forks?

Heel pins on both sides securely attach this to the forklift or telehandler.

I want to lift a variety of loads; is this possible?
