Compact Chain Storage Rack

The Conquip Compact Chain Storage Rack is a space-saving solution for storing lifting equipment. The compact, flat-back design allows it to be placed against a wall or a container, it will even fit inside maximising available site space.

Overhead hooks and an optional, lockable toolbox keep chains and other lifting accessories clean and secure, while the weatherproof test certificate box keeps documents dry and with the relevant lifting equipment.

FEATURES

  • Flat-back design allows rack to be placed against a wall or inside a container.
  • Supplied with either 6 (Single Row) or 11 (Double Row) overhead hooks and a test certificates storage box as standard.
  • Fork pockets and crane lifting points for easy manoeuvrability when empty.
  • Optional, lockable toolbox available, separate from the rack, providing extra security for smaller components.

How does the toolbox work and what is it used for?

The lockable toolbox is used by sites either for quarantined items, to keep test reports dry and to hand, or for storage of small items and accessories.

I need a more secure chains and slings storage option. What could I consider?

For larger sites that require a more comprehensive storage solution, check out our Lifting Equipment Storage Container. These containers come complete with internal shelving for accessories and racking for all lifting chains, shackles and accessories. Available in 8, 10 or 20ft versions.

Can I lift and move this rack with its contents?

No, you should only transport this rack when it’s empty.

Does this rack fit inside standard site stores?

Yes, that’s exactly why we developed this smaller item. It can also fit up against a wall or container, maximising available ground space, ideal for small or inner-city sites.

These Compact Chain Storage Racks have made a good impact on our sites. They've made our operations much more compliant when it comes to lifting accessories, as previously we stored them on hooks or outside. They fit inside all our cabin stores and we use the lockable box in the rack as a quarantine for anything that needs to be retagged or disposed of.
