Rebar Lifting Cage

The Conquip Rebar Lifting Cage is a robust and secure cage designed specifically for transporting lengths of rebar safely around site.

It features a shackle on one end for attaching to the crane hook and a roll frame on the other end, ensuring a smooth transition as the cage is raised from the horizontal load position to the vertical lift position.

Why did you develop this cage?

In response to contractors looking for a safer method to repeatedly move and lift lengths of straight rebar from a horizontal stored position, in and out of high rise or shaft locations.

What’s an alternative method?

Slinging is an alternative, but this cage is a more secure and robust approach and keeps the load contained for a much safer lift.

How is the rebar secured?

Once the lengths are inside the cage, there are tie-down points and door latches to secure the load.
