Autolock Tipping Skip

The Conquip Autolock Tipping Skip is designed as a forklift and telehandler attachment, providing a faster, safer and more efficient solution for the handling of general waste on construction sites.

Widely used across housebuilding projects and by leading plant hire companies, it is equipped with a gas-assisted ram and an automatic locking mechanism for secure attachment and effortless tipping. Manufactured in-house and rigorously tested, the skip’s unique design is proven to ensure 100% fork restraint during emptying, improving site safety and productivity.

FEATURES

  • Our range of Autolock Tipping Skips are manufactured in the UK and fully tested to meet the highest UK and EU regulations.
  • Robust design with 3mm thick panels.
  • Utilises the telehandlers’ tilt function to empty the load ensuring the tipping skip cannot be accidentally tipped.
  • Standard width fork pockets reduces the need for adjustment of forks.
  • Raked-back design prevents damage to the tipping skip.
  • Gas assisted ram ensures automatic locking of the tipping skip to the forks.

BENEFITS

  • Autolock mechanism eliminates the need to attach safety restraint chains around the machine’s carriage, reducing downtime and improving productivity.
  • No levers or cables are required to discharge the Autolock Tipping Skip, so the driver can remain safely seated within the machine’s cab.
  • Design reduces the impact the tipping skip receives from the back of the forks, increasing its longevity and reducing repair or replacement costs.
  • Available in 500 and 1200-litre sizes to accommodate varying site requirements.
  • Mesh sides modification available to retain waste in the skip during windy conditions.
  • Customisable with castors for easily transporting the tipping skip over short distances and lifting eyes for lifting the tipping skip to high and low locations on-site.
  • Can be painted in the Institute of Civil Engineers standard colours for waste segregation.
  • Version with 6mm thick panels available on request.
