Admiral Park: Case Study Transcript

The biggest challenge in the construction industry is dust.
We are working with topsoil, mud, bricks, concrete blocks — everything.
The dust is sometimes impossible to keep away.

We used to rent a road sweeper three times per week for about four hours.
We decided to buy a Powerbrush Sweeper because we always need it on site, and the cost is lower than hiring a road sweeper.

One of the benefits of having a Powerbrush Sweeper is that you can collect all the dust inside and discharge it in a safe place.

When our site team saw the Powerbrush for the first time, they were very happy.
With the road sweeper, it only came three times a week, and the other two days we were struggling to keep the dust as low as possible.
But with the Powerbrush on site, we have no dust pollution.

The biggest advantage of the Powerbrush Sweeper is the pressurised water, which you don’t find on other sweepers.
We fill up the Powerbrush once a day, and it lasts all day.

With a normal sweeper, you just clean the roads.
With the kerb brush, we clean the kerbs as well.

To be honest, on all the sites I’ve worked on — and I’ve been in this industry for seven years — I always see Conquip.
The Conquip team and all their equipment are very good, and they help us a lot.
