Free-Standing Gantry BulkX

BulkX is a quick, efficient muck away solution allowing excavation and transfer of the waste directly into spoil removal vehicles or stockpiles.

The Free-Standing Gantry configuration features a robust, crane-lift framework with guides to ease placement of the Winged BulkX skip, where it can discharge into the area below once landed.

This versatile solution allows spoil to be discharged into muck away trucks positioned under the frame, stored a muck bay, or simply just stockpiled, and can be relocated to other areas on-site, when required.

Description

FEATURES

Robust gantry design to withstand regular use on-site.
Integrated bracket guides for quick and easy placement of the Winged BulkX Skip on the gantry.
Designated plates at the bottom of each gantry leg for placement of counterweights to stabilise the gantry.

Ideal for site where the location of the discharge area needs to change throughout the project, or where anchoring down to the ground is not an option, such as where a one lane road closure is permitted during certain hours in an excavation programme – the Free-Standing Gantry can be moved at night to allow the road to open again.

Suitable for tunnelling, shaft sinking, demolition arisings removal and basement excavations.
