This innovative system allows for the safe capture, treatment, and reuse of wastewater from washing concrete trucks, pumps, and skips — helping reduce environmental impact while promoting sustainability.

  • Resting pads and restraint bar allow for varying sizes of skips.
  • Delivery hose arm provides better control of the hose when washing equipment.
  • Large 2000-litre water storage tank.
  • Small Skip Washing Platform compatible with 500-2000-litre Conquip Concrete Skip With Bale Arm or Concrete Skip Without Bale Arm.
  • Large Skip Washing Platform compatible with 500-3000-litre Conquip Concrete Skip With Bale Arm or Concrete Skip Without Bale Arm.
  • Harness attachment point to keep operative on the work platform safe.
  • Filtration tray to collect large sediment before the wastewater is transferred back into the water storage tank.
  • Compact, space saving system.

BENEFITS

  • Best practice, environmentally-friendly methodology for concrete washout, enabling sites to reuse concrete wastewater.
  • Prevents environmental contamination from high-alkaline concrete waste.
  • Versatile system that can be used for different applications, including washing concrete skips, concrete pumps and concrete trucks.
  • Filtered wastewater remaining in the water storage tank can be used for further washout or wet-curing process.
  • 1 x 25kg container of pH Neutraliser Additive treats 1000 litres of concrete wastewater, so 2 x containers should neutralise the contaminated water in a full water storage tank. However, Conquip recommends testing the water to check the pH level before disposing.
