Super Roller CantiDeck



The Conquip Super Roller CantiDeck is a retractable crane loading platform designed to move materials and equipment in and out of structures safely and efficiently during construction.

Its retractable design allows the deck to be rolled fully back within its frame and up to the building edge when not in use, helping to optimise space and improve safety.

Multiple units can be stacked vertically in the same bay, reducing downtime between lifts and eliminating the need to relocate platforms between floors — increasing crane efficiency and overall productivity. This configuration also helps minimise dynamic loading during high winds.

BENEFITS

  • The roller deck rolls all the way back into the building flush with the slab edge, allowing maximum loading area of the roller deck below.
  • Stacked configuration ensures multiple levels of a structure can be loaded with materials without needing to relocate decks.
  • Available in a variety of sizes, and in multiple configurations to suit most projects, with bespoke solutions available.
  • Unique single prop design reduces the weight of the deck and the reaction loadings to the structure. This means it transfers the prop loads further into the building allowing for higher WLL to be approved on the decks.
  • Quick and simple to install and relocate with fast fold down sides and doors and certified lifting eyes for lifting chain connection.
  • All installation and relocation training provided by our training team.
