Powerbrush Forklift Sweeper

The Powerbrush forklift sweeper is an hydraulic attachment that cleans and collects dirt and waste. Choose between the Standard model with drip fed water, or the Pressurised Water Spray model, ideal for those particularly dusty sites.

Both models are then available with a kerb brush as an optional extra, perfect for cleaning gullies and kerbs.

Description

Features

  • Simple hydraulic system with a single 1-way valve.
  • Robust hopper design for collecting dirt and waste.
  • Pivot-free, oil impregnated brushes connection.
  • Heel pins provided to keep the unit secure on the machine’s forks.
  • Three wheels for maximum stability allowing the sweeper to follow uneven ground.
  • Storage for spare fork retaining pins, or when the Powerbrush is not in use.
  • 250-litre-capacity water tank, with plug for quick release if required. The tank cap is supplied with a cable attaching it to the tank to prevent loss.

  • The main brush is made up of just 7 components, which allows them to be replaced quickly and easily.
  • Easy to adjust the height adjustment of the brushes.
  • Designed with 2 wheels at the rear of the unit, as this is where there is the largest downward force from the telehandler’s forks.
  • Hydraulic flow rate: Maximum 60 litres per minute continuous, 75 litres per minute intermittent.
  • Hydraulic pressure: Maximum 175 bar continuous, 190 bar intermittent.
  • Maximum pressure drop if flow rate and pressure are high: 135 bar continuous.
