Compact Concrete Washout Unit

The Conquip Compact Concrete Washout Unit is a closed-loop system that captures, treats with a pH neutralising method, and recycles concrete wastewater — helping reduce environmental impact on construction sites.

Primarily used for cleaning concrete truck chutes, it’s also suitable for smaller tools and equipment. A filtration bag collects large aggregate, while the remaining water is treated in the built-in tank using a pH neutraliser additive. The treated water can then be reused, stored, or safely disposed of.

  • Fork pockets and designated lifting points.
  • Purchased units include one 25kg container of pH neutraliser additive, two filtration bags, and a pH level test kit. For hire units, these items are sold separately.
