STRUTS

TO SUIT VARYING SITE REQUIREMENTS

Incremental Struts offer quick and easy adjustment by 100mm increments, accommodating a wide range of working width configurations. High Clearance Struts provide the space for larger diameter pipes and applications where a greater area under the strut is required. Both of these strut types are designed for use with our Trench and Manhole Boxes.

Fixed Struts and Hog Back Struts are used solely with our Drag Boxes. The robust design of the Fixed Strut is able withstand the pressure applied by the excavator when the box is dragged and they are available in a range of lengths to suit varying trench widths. The Hog Back Strut provides additional distance below it for larger diameter pipes or applications where extra clearance is required.

FRAMES & BRACES

Our frames and hydraulic braces (Aluminium Waler Frame, Manhole Brace and 300 Brace for deep excavation) are for use with a range of trench sheets and sheet piles:

The Aluminium Waler Frame, used in conjunction with trench
sheets for two-sided excavation support, is ideal for utilities projects.
The Manhole Brace, also installed with trench sheets, offers four-sided
hydraulic bracing when that provides a safe and secure area for groundworks.
The 300 Brace is a high load, four-sided, modular bracing system ideal for large,
clear span excavations with either trench sheets or sheet piles.

SHEETS & PILES

Sheet Piles and a range of Trench Sheets are available to support temporary works deployment, excavations, permanent walls or barriers and other ground excavations.

The GU13N interlocking Sheet Piles are heavy-duty, overlapping sheet profiles that ensure high strength to weight ratio. They provide a safe environment for operatives working in excavations and watertight structures for flood defence and marine applications.
Trench Sheets are available in a range of lengths in Standard Lap, KKD 600/6, HD2 and BVI 500 variations to suit a number of applications and installation methods.
Driving Caps and extractors assist with installation and ease removal.

SHORING SOLUTIONS DESIGN SERVICE

Take advantage of our 'Standard Shoring' or 'Bespoke Shoring' design packages. All of these options provide your project with engineering drawings, calculations, risk assessments and check certificates allowing your site team to use our shoring boxes safely and compliantly.

01/ Standard: Our hire desk will provide you with a suitable design for general site conditions.

02/ Standard + Check Certificate: Ask for this if you need verification that soils are suitable with a standard drawing and we'll provide the additional check certificate.

03/ Bespoke: For projects where a standard design isn't suitable, our Temporary Works engineers will design a bespoke package covering all aspects of your requirements.
