Recently Launched: Extended Customer Support Resources

Have you been looking for free and easy-to-access Technical User Guide documents, detailed animation videos, audio and visual user guide videos, at the touch of a button?

Our teams have been working hard to add to our existing Technical User Guide Library, available as standard for all Conquip equipment, with a varied range of formats.

Customer support resources

The new resources aim to promote best practice for usage and checks, and we’ve been busy creating these for our 130 best-in-class products and solutions.

What we have developed for you:

  • Technical User Guide documents, as standard for all equipment.
  • Audio and visual user guide videos to suit different learning needs.
  • Extended step-by-step live-action videos for some products, covering pre-use checks, operation, and maintenance.
  • Detailed animation videos for some products, explaining installation, usage, and storage.

This is an ongoing journey for us, as we’ve been developing them with the support and collaboration of site managers, QHSE leaders, and project managers to ensure they meet real operational needs.
