Why Choose the Fuel Eco-Hub?

Using a Fuel Eco-Hub to replenish vehicles and plant on-site keeps a record against individual, pre-authorised accounts, providing contractors with total visibility and complete control of fuel usage and utilisation on-site.

The electric pump is made operational using an app on the operative's mobile device that requires a login and pin code to function, preventing unauthorised use and fuel levels unexpectedly depleting.

Central location for all fuel needs

Featuring space for a 1000-litre IBC and an internal power socket, sites can also store AdBlue inside the Hub and opt for an electric pump to monitor its usage too.

Authorised users only

The fuel pump requires users to log into an App and enter their credentials before it is operational. Usage data automatically uploads to the portal once refuelling is complete.

Designed to be disguised with other containers on-site and fitted with internal door locking bolts and an external locking box adding security and deterring opportunistic thieves.

Remote site? No problem

The Fuel Eco-Hub runs off solar power, so it is not reliant on expensive diesel generators, reducing site costs and the CO2 footprint of your site. A wind turbine is also available for extra power.

How does it work?

Using a Fuel Eco-Hub really is as simple as 1, 2, 3.

01. Login to the Piusi B.Smart App

Users enter their site code and pin code into their mobile device to access the app.

02. Select pump

The relevant pump can then be selected from the available list of pumps nearby.

03. Start fuelling

Users can enter the number of litres of fuel they wish to take or just free fill.
Once refuelling is complete, a ticket is generated and the data is automatically uploaded to the online portal. This provides total visibility on fuel usage by pump and by user, preventing any wastage or unaccounted fuel consumption.

Have a big site that needs a lot of fuel to keep it running smoothly? The 3000-litre tank is the ideal size for larger projects with lots of plant and vehicles that require regular refuelling.

Fuel Tank Level Monitor

Monitor fuel levels to ensure it doesn't run out, causing unnecessary downtime. Triggers can be set up on the portal to automatically place a new order when the fuel in the tank reaches a certain level.

IBC & Pump

Order an IBC with your unit and control usage of AdBlue or other fuel types stored inside. When used with the pump, AdBlue refill is a breeze. No more watering cans and contamination from spills.

Provide additional power (up to an estimated 1500kW) to the Fuel Eco-Hub during the Autumn and Winter months.
