Edge Protection
A full safety system for trench shoring excavations.
The Conquip Edge Protection is a full safety systems that can be fitted to trench shoring equipment. We offer two variations depending on customer preference:
- Type 01 is available in 3 panel sizes to suit varying site requirements.
- Type 02 features same-size panels with telescopic clamps and poles.
It can be provided to suit your site-specific requirements, either with a Conquip Trench Shoring system or for other areas on site. The Conquip telescopic clamp has been designed to allow you to transport a box configuration without having to remove and reinstall the clamped system every time.

- Type 01 Edge Protection panels are available in 3 sizes to suit varying requirements.
- Type 02 Edge Protection panels are available in 1.79 metre lengths.
- Designed to suit Conquip trench shoring, including Trench Boxes, Manhole Boxes and Drag Boxes.
- Clamps bolt design of Type 01 allows box systems to be lifted or moved without removing all of the panels.
- Easy to install and designed to be installed at ground level.
- The panels work in conjunction with the Trench Access Platform to provide safe gated access to the excavated trench.
- Telescopic clamps for Type 02 are off-set to allow a box system to be lifted or moved without removing all of the panels.
- Trench Access Ladders provide personnel access to the excavation or trench, are available in a range of lengths and sizes.
