Free Standing Gantry BulkX

The free standing gantry configuration allows for re-positioning of the discharge area around the site.

The Free Standing Gantry BulkX system comes with a complete crane lift framework which can be installed in the desired location for the discharge area. The truck can drive or reverse under the frame.

The BulkX bin, once lowered into position, interlocks with the gantry. The crane operator can then lower the lifting chains which opens the bin’s doors discharging the waste into the back of the truck. Doors closes once the bin is crane lifted off the gantry.

This configuration is ideal for site where the location of the discharge area needs to change throughout the project. An example of this is where a one lane road closure is permitted during certain hours in an excavation program – the Free Standing Gantry can be used in the one lane road closure throughout the day and then moved at night to allow the road to open again.
