Seasonal Closing Dates & Hire Suspension 2023

Here’s some information about our closing dates, hire suspensions and off hires for Conquip Engineering Group over the Christmas and New Year period.
CLOSING DATES
We are going to be closed from 22/12/2023 and 03/01/2024
We are back up and running from 04/01/2024.
HIRE SUSPENSIONS
If requested, Hire Suspensions are covered from Thursday 21st December 2023 to Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
All hire contracts will recommence from Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
HOW TO REGISTER
All requests for hire suspensions must be registered with the Hire Desk – hiredesk@cqegroup.com by Tuesday 19th December 2023.
Items not included in any suspensions are as follows:
- Temporary Propping
- Trench Shoring
- Trench Sheeting
- Static Fuel Bowser
Any hire suspensions requested after Tuesday 19th December 2023 will not be considered or processed.
In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, any hire contracts that are suspended, the upkeep, the maintenance, and the security of the item(s) remains the hirer’s responsibility.
OFF-HIRES
All off hire requests must be submitted to the Hire Desk – hiredesk@cqegroup.com – by Friday 8th December 2023.
Collections will be made up to and inclusive of the Wednesday 20th December 2023.
Hire Desk will contact the site to schedule the collection, ensure that any required lifting facilities are available, and confirm access to the site is possible.
