As Conquip Engineering Group approaches a monumental milestone, the celebration of two decades of innovation and reliability, we take a moment to reflect on our journey. From our humble beginnings in 2003, we have evolved into an influential force within the construction industry, constantly pushing the boundaries of productivity, safety, and sustainability.

Founded in the UK in June 2003, with a focus around materials handling equipment, we have grown rapidly to become a large, global brand, recognised for innovative engineering, excellent service and quality British manufacturing.

There are plenty of success stories from our product range that showcase productivity, safety and sustainability but a few of our favourites include:
Productivity
Our versatile CantiDeck crane loading platforms have improved vertical logistics on high-rise and tunnelling projects. BulkX, our range of bulk excavation solutions, have driven efficiency gains by removing the double handling of spoil, reducing dig programmes on bulk excavation projects, both in the UK and around the World.
Plus, our latest innovation, the Fuel Eco-Hub, a solar-powered hub for fuel management, allows sites to monitor their usage, while keeping fuel locked away out of hours, preventing theft.
Sustainability
The Concrete Washout System, the first of its kind, reuses and recycles concrete washout water, reducing the impact on the environmental from high-alkaline concrete waste.
The simple, yet hugely effective Excavator Drag Skip, cuts shingle waste and cost from ‘lost material’, reducing the carbon footprint of deep drainage projects.
Safety
A stand-out? Probably the Crane Forks Cage. Many near misses where safety restraint nets failed, followed by a tragic fatality where a suspended load crushed a member of the public, the industry needed a safer method…and fast.
We designed and manufacturing an innovative, fail-safe solution, that was endorsed by construction’s leading contractors and revolutionised crane-lifting palletised material around site.
PROJECT SUCCESS STORIES
We’ve partnered and worked alongside some of the most experienced people in the sector, working across all major UK infrastructure projects in the 21st century, from Heathrow Terminal 5, the London 2012 Olympic Village and the Shard, to Crossrail, Hinkley Point C, Thames Tideway and HS2.
And it doesn’t stop there. We’ve also worked on many international infrastructure projects including Sydney Metro, Melbourne Metro and Toronto’s Union Station.
