Nobody could have predicted the huge impact the coronavirus pandemic would have had on people’s lifestyles, the NHS and the economy but the harsh truth is that stringent measures have had to be put in place to cope with the outbreak.

As COVID-19 continues to affect businesses, work-life and daily routines, we thought it necessary to outline how Conquip are closely following Government advice and guidelines and taking the necessary steps to keep our staff and customers safe.
We also wanted to reassure you that our ability to provide ‘next-level’ service is almost completely unaffected by these unprecedented times.
Our message is clear…we are here to help!
How we are overcoming the disruption from COVID-19
- As a UK manufacturer, that sources our steel and other raw materials in the UK, we are not affected by disrupted supply chains and are ready to respond to your enquiry.
- Where possible we have facilitated our team working from home, but thanks to technology, our sales & service phone lines are open, and we will reply to emails and social media messages in our usual speedy manner!
- Any scheduled ‘sit down’ meetings with customers and our team around the world have now been switched to video or teleconference calls.
- All the team that have operational and production roles are practicing social distancing and have been advised on best personal hygiene methods.
- We have increased regular cleaning within the workplace, including door handles, surfaces and communal areas.
