Conquip Covered: What’s New for 2026?

With decades of experience in designing and manufacturing best-in-class equipment for the infrastructure, built environment, utilities, and housebuilding parts of our industry, we launched Conquip Covered just over two years ago.

A flexible set of after-sales services, helping customers with seven core aspects for on-site compliance, safety, performance, efficiency and sustainability.

For 2026, that range of services has evolved to nine. Let’s explore…

NEW for 2026: Service Plans

We know that equipment servicing can easily fall behind or be forgotten about. We have now launched Service Plans, which allow our team to take the hassle out of booking ad hoc or scheduled repairs and inspections, and provide structured equipment servicing. These are fixed plans to carry out minor works and inspections, making sure your site is compliant, safe and can be regularly booked to align with your LOLER/PUWER inspections. These service plans are currently available on our Autolock Tipping Skip, Boot Wash, CantiDeck, Concrete Skip, Fuel Bowser, Smart Fuel Tank, Fuel Eco-Hub and Powerbrush Forklift Sweeper.

NEW for 2026: Refill Packs

We have just introduced Refill Packs. These are specially crafted bulk buy packs of certain products, optional extras and parts to ensure you always have a spare in stock. These packs include extras for our Boot Wash, Compact Concrete Washout Unit, Concrete Washout System, Concrete Skips, Powerbrush Forklift Sweeper, and Safety Station. Plus, if you preorder, we can deliver your Refill Packs to coincide with your next inspection, ensuring you maximise uptime.

Training

We have always set ourselves a standard to provide the best possible practice guidance and usage documents. We have recently launched our Product Use Guide library. This free, easy-to-access area of our website is home to all our new and existing guidance, including technical user guides, step-by-step videos, and animations. All guidance is easy to read, watch, listen to or download on your phone or laptop.

We also offer on-site training for our more complex solutions, which include: CantiDeck, Shoring boxes, BulkX, Compact Concrete Washout Unit, Concrete Washout System, Concrete Skips, Powerbrush Forklift Sweeper and Formwork Rack. These training courses are delivered on-site for up to 6 people, combining practical hands-on training and classroom/syllabus learning, to give your team the confidence to use our equipment safely.

Repair and Refurbishment

We offer two types of services for equipment that needs maintenance…

On-site repair service: our on-site engineers travel to your site to assess equipment, carry out small repairs, welding, and part replacements, then reinspect your kit to ensure everything is working as it should and we provide a Report Of Through Examination.

When more extensive work is needed, we can collect your equipment and take it to one of our workshops, where it is assessed, cleaned, repaired, resprayed and fully inspected before being returned to the site, and we will provide a Report Of Through Examination.

Inspections & Reports

Ensuring safety and compliance, our expert on-site engineers carry out LOLER and PUWER inspections (which should be carried out at least every 3-6 months) and provide you with clear Reports Of Thorough Examination that highlight wear, risks, and recommended next steps before they leave. We’ll then make sure you get a digital version after their visit.

Spare Parts

Conquip Covered provides OEM spare parts, stocked locally and usually delivered to you on the next business day, when ordered before 3 pm*, ensuring your site keeps running smoothly and safely.

Easy-to-use Documentation

We always want to ease any administration relating to your equipment, we help to do this with inspection reports, certifications and service records that are presented clearly and stored digitally, making them easy to access, share and audit. With every inspection, you’ll receive an itemised LOLER/PUWER Report Of Thorough Examination that shows exactly what’s been done, what’s due next and where attention may be needed.

We’re here for you wherever and however you need us. Our Conquip Covered team is available for you and your team by phone, WhatsApp video, email, or online. We’re always ready to support you with questions about inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, compliance queries, and more. You can contact us here. Plus, when remote support isn’t enough, we have engineers ready to attend your site to resolve any issues quickly, keeping downtime to a minimum.
